Healing Emotional Pain Program

Please read these terms and conditions ("Agreement") carefully before participating in the Healing Emotional Pain Program ("Program"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. By attending the sessions, you are giving your full consent for counselling and energetic release.

  1. Program Description:  The Healing Emotional Pain Program is designed to provide counselling and energetic release to clients seeking support and healing from emotional pain and distress. The Program aims to offer guidance, emotional support, and energy healing techniques to promote healing, personal growth, and well-being. Please attend your sessions with the intent to heal your past traumas and emotional pain.

  2. Program Eligibility:  To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old. By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.  

  3. Services Provided:  The Program includes 1-2-1 counselling sessions and group energetic release healing treatments. The services are provided by qualified and experienced professionals in the fields of counselling and energy healing. We do not claim to be medical professionals. The nature and extent of the services will be determined based on the individual's needs and goals. 

  4. Waiver of Liability:  By participating in the Healing Emotional Pain Program, you acknowledge and understand that counselling and energetic release are complementary approaches that may support your emotional well-being. However, they are not intended to replace medical or psychiatric treatment.
    Believe Energy is an impactful yet non-invasive technique that aims to balance and harmonise the body's energy and promotes healing of emotional pain by releasing unwanted weighted energy, blocks, darkness, triggers, and negative energy. This healing can lead to a journey of understanding, change and growth. However, the effects of Believe Energy may vary from person to person. While many individuals experience positive benefits from the energetic release, it is possible that some will experience temporary discomfort or emotional release may occur during or after the sessions.     The Program facilitators and practitioners will do their best to provide effective and supportive services, but they cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. You agree to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions to the Program facilitators before sessions and understand that it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. You voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility associated with your participation in the Program, including any mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual reactions, or any circumstance or events that may arise during or after the sessions. You understand that the Program facilitators and practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or injuries resulting from your participation in the Program.

  5. Confidentiality:  The Program facilitators and practitioners uphold strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during counselling and energetic release sessions. They will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties outside of Believe Energy Ltd unless required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.  However, guidance may be shared during group energetic release sessions. If you do not wish this to be shared within the group, please notify your host prior to the session. In addition, the group online sessions may be recorded for use in the Believe Energy Communities and social media. If you do not agree to this, then please notify your host in advance of each session.  You understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the Program.

  6. Payment and Cancellation:  Payment for the Program is required in advance and can be made through the designated payment methods. Once payment is received, you will be sent an email which contains a link to the Healing Emotional Pain information webpage that will guide you through the steps of the program. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with 48 hour’s notice via [email protected], and you are responsible for the rescheduling of counselling sessions through the booking system provided. No refunds are offered, except in extenuating circumstances.  If you have joined the Program with either the Standard or Premium subscription and subsequently cancel your subscription, then our Believe Energy Products offered as part of that subscription will only remain accessible to you if you have made 3 consecutive monthly payments (Standard Subscription) or 12 consecutive monthly payments (Premium Subscription).

  7. Intellectual Property:  All materials, resources, and recordings provided as part of the Program are protected by intellectual property rights and are intended for your personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials provided without prior written consent from the Program facilitators.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.    

By enrolling in the Healing Emotional Pain Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
